Cate Stark

I serve as the chief executive officer of the chapter, ultimately accountable for the plans, events, and programs of the chapter. I communicate regularly with the advisory board chairman as well as the executive committees. I preside over weekly chapter meetings, serve as a voting member of the Facility Corporation, and am a member of the Membership Development Committee. Lindsey Fisher

My job is to oversee the chapter's calendar, officer elections, the Chapter Leadership Workshop, update the Chapter Bylaws, and correspond with officers to make sure their reports are in on time. I plan and facilitate the Educational Leadership Consultant's (ELC) visit each semester. I also serve as the President's deputy and perform her duties should she be unable to do so. Betsy Dower

I am responsible for planning and leading New Member Orientation that occurs in the fall semester. I am also in charge of planning Bid Day, Big Sis events, Initiation Week, Pledge Momming, and the weekly Balanced Woman that is presented at chapter meetings. Erica Cailteux

I oversee everything that has to do with Fall Formal Recruitment. My job is to work with our National Theta Headquarters, Panhellenic Association, and our chapter to make sure the entire Recruitment process runs smoothly and successfully. Jessica Croy

Ali Zeigler

My job is to oversee Member Development Meetings and maintain and update the chapter Member Development Manual. I also serve on the Risk Management team. I work to emphasize a positive attitude towards standards of excellence in both individual and group settings, as well as to implement a positive member development program that emphasizes sisterhood and recognition. Molly Sailors

I serve as the chapter's chief public relations officer and execute all public relations efforts. I create and implement a PR plan for the chapter with assistance from the Executive Committee and the PR focus group for promoting a favorable chapter image on campus and maintaining positive relations with the chapter's target audiences. Madison Arbuckle

My role is to serve as our chapter's delegate to KU's Panhellenic Council (PHC). I attend weekly Panhellenic meetings on behalf of Theta, make regular reports to the chapter, and express chapter opinion during PHC meetings. I encourage Panhellenic cooperation and concern within the chapter by educating and encouraging active Panhellenic participation. I am in charge of the Panhellenic Focus Group. My duties include all of the elements involved in event-planning, from booking the venue, DJ, and photographer, to choosing themes, decorations, and food to be served. I plan and organize Theta's two philanthropy events each year: Sun Run and May Day Sundaes. I plan and organize Homecoming activities with our fraternity partner in the Fall. In the Spring I organize fun events for the women of the chapter to get involved in around campus.
